Contacting Your Provider
A clinician is in the office Monday – Friday. We are able to answer phone calls or return messages during our office hours. We do not have an after hours service. If you are having a psychiatric or medical emergency, please dial 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room. For established patients, we utilize an electronic health record that provides access to our HIPAA-compliant messaging system; this can be used to contact your provider with any non-urgent questions or information.
Payment and Cancellations
We are out-of-network providers. Please contact your insurance company if applicable to inquire about your out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide the appropriate receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Payment is expected in full at the time of your appointment.
We require at least 48 hours’ (2 business days) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee, which is the cost of your appointment.
We cannot refill prescriptions for patients who have not made it to their scheduled follow-up appointments. Please contact your provider regarding refills and scheduling.
